Sugar-Free Fruit And Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped prunes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place dates, prunes, raisins and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Take off the stove and add stick of margarine.
    Set aside to cool.
    Then add beaten eggs, salt, vanilla and soda.
    Add flour and nuts last.
    Bake in miniature muffin tins or a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0. This freezes real well.
