Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 c. Bisquick
    10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated and softened
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well with hands.
    Shape into small balls or press into mini muffin tin.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
