Hawaiian Wing Ding Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced or chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. arrow root
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. rice
    1 lb. wing dings
    cherry tomatoes
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Measure 2 cups pineapple juice from pineapple in saucepan. combine liquid with vinegar, soy sauce, chicken bouillon and sugar.
    Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Add arrow root and simmer until sauce thickens.
    Add tomatoes, pineapple and green pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Fry wing dings in hot oil until crispy.
