Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir baking soda in buttermilk. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Knead dough on a floured service several times.
    Return dough to lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
    Let set overnight.
    Pinch off small amounts of dough and form into balls.
    Place in greased muffin pans and let rise.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Dough will keep refrigerated 5 to 7 days.
