Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugars, cocoa, flour and salt in a medium saucepan. Add milk, butter and water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling; cook 5 minutes.
    Cool; stir in vanilla.
