Meringue Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (night or morning).
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff.
Slowly beat in sugar until soft peaks form.
Beat in vanilla to firm peaks.
Gently fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
(May be close together as they will not run.)
Place in oven; turn off heat.
Do not open oven door.
Leave in all night; will be completely baked following morning.
(Color with food coloring, if desired.)
