Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sliced celery
1 sliced green pepper
5 green onions, sliced
chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. sugar (optional)

Preparation

Remove skin and bones from chicken (make broth from these items).
Slice meat in short, narrow strips.
Slice vegetables. Saute chicken in oil until meat is lightly browned.
Add to chicken the vegetables and fry a few minutes, until vegetables are wilted.
Mix broth, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over mixture.
Cover and steam 5 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to broth and stir until thickened.
Serve over rice.
