Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. phyllo dough or Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. dill
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Blend ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out dough and cut into 2 or 2 1/2-inch squares.
Fill each square with filling and fold into a triangle.
Bake according to package directions.
