Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 mashed bananas
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil in large bowl.
    Add eggs, bananas and sour cream; beat well.
    Add flour, baking soda and salt.
    Mix well at low speed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in 9x13 greased
    pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
