Chicken-Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. hot fat
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper both sides of meat; brown slowly on both sides in fat.
    Drain fat from skillet.
    Combine soup, milk and water. Pour around chops in skillet.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 4 servings.
