Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until frothy; beat in sugar and butter and cream until fluffy.
    Add sour cream and vanilla; blend well.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to sour cream mixture.
    Blend well. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar topping evenly over batter.
    Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
