"Home Made" Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 carrot, pared and sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    chopped chives
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chopped garlic
    3 oz. olive oil
    1 to 2 whole anchovies
    1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 to 4 drops Tabasco
    2 egg yolks
    romaine lettuce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    Parmesan cheese
    cracked black pepper
    croutons
Preparation
    Rub garlic in bottom of 1 wooden bowl.
    Add olive oil and mix with garlic.
    Take anchovies, chop them into small pieces and rub them into the bottom of the bowl.
    Mix vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and egg yolks.
    Add lettuce and toss.
    Add lemon juice.
    Add Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper to taste.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
    Enjoy with a bottle of good white wine.
