Belgian Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage (white or red)
1 onion
1 apple
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage.
Add chopped onion and apple.
Saute in butter, then add the vinegar, water and sugar.
Mix well.
Serve hot.
