Curried Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

1 c. basmati or parboiled rice
3 medium, skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp. hot curry powder
1 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 medium onion, diced
1/3 c. golden raisins
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 small Red Delicious apple, diced
Preparation

Prepare rice as label directs; keep warm.
Meanwhile, cut each chicken breast half into eight pieces.
In a cup, mix curry, bouillon, sugar and salt.
