Stuffed Artichokes-Maltese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 artichokes
    8 to 10 slices bread, toasted
    1 can anchovies, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. black olives
    3 to 4 Tbsp. capers
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In food processor, crumble bread; put aside.
    Chop garlic, anchovies and olives.
    Mix with bread and add capers and pepper (little salt) to taste.
    Add olive oil until mixture is moist and easy to handle.
