Short Ribs - Korean Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    black pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3 stalks green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients, except short ribs.
    Soak ribs for about 1
    hour.
    Ribs
    can
    be
    charcoal broiled or broiled in oven. Brush occasionally with remaining sauce.
