Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mash
    bananas.\tAdd
    egg and oil; stir until mixture is smooth.
    Add self-rising flour, while continuing to stir.
    Add chopped nuts to the mixture.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at

    hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the bread.
