German Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat the flour and eggs until smooth.
Then add milk, butter and salt. Blend well and pour into a 9 or 10-inch well-greased ovenproof skillet or dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Serve with butter and/or powdered sugar.
