Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. pimiento
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
    Stir in potatoes and cheese.
    Spread in ungreased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Sprinkle with cheese (if desired).
    Cover and cook in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Uncover and cook about 30 minutes.
