Sausage Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c milk
    1 c. chopped apples
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool slightly and slice.
    This is great with scrambled eggs for brunch. This freezes well.
