Marshmallow Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cocoa, vanilla, marshmallow cream and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes about 3 pounds.
