Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. small red potatoes (with skins on)
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 sweet onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dill
Preparation
    In a pot on the stove top, add enough water to cover potatoes, then cook until potatoes are soft or about 50 minutes. Remove potatoes from water and let cool.
