Mango Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. diced ripe mangoes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
