Ingredients

1 c. Crisco shortening
1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 c. milk
1/2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 Tbsp. almond extract
3 1/2 oz. coconut
Preparation

Cream Crisco and butter until fluffy.
Add sugar and flavorings.
Mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
Beat 2 minutes.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done when tested.
