Pineapple Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. All-Bran
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped pecans, dusted with 1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. well drained pineapple
Preparation
    Combine milk and bran in large bowl.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add egg, oil and dry ingredients to milk and bran.
    Mix only until all ingredients are moist, should be lumpy.
    Stir in pecans and pineapple.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields fourteen muffins.
