Bulgogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced beef
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. minced green onion
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. toasted and crushed sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 small onion, sliced thinly
    1 thinly sliced carrot (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and stir-fry.
