Ham Steak With Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. currant jelly
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/3 c. crushed pineapple with the juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb. fully cooked ham steak
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, combine water and cornstarch.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except ham, and microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
    Stir once every minute.
    Set aside.
    Place ham in baking dish.
    Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes, turning over once after half the time.
    Pour sauce on ham.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
