Christmas Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon oil
1 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and syrup.
Bring to a boil.
Boil until it forms hard crack stage when tested in water.
Remove from heat and add cinnamon oil and food coloring.
Pour on cookie sheet that's been sprinkled with powdered sugar.
After mixture is cooled, break into small pieces with a spoon.
