Ingredients

2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour and vanilla gradually.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. These cookies store well.
Can be baked 2 or 3 days ahead.
