Mexican Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 can kidney beans
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper in a large skillet.
    Mix chili powder and water; pour over meat mixture.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add cheese, beans with juice, salt and pepper.
    Simmer until cheese melts being careful not to let scorch.
