Sweet Potato Bread With Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    2/3 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed sweet potato
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine sugar, water, oil, eggs and sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and mix to combine. Add pecans and mix well. Divide between 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 50 minutes. Cool in pan to room temperature.
