Hunter'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix well first 4 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Beat all together well; then fold in 4 cups diced apples and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
