Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
favorite cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Stir together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Stir in undrained pineapple. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to pineapple mixture. Stir just until well combined. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting and garnish, if desired.
