Italian Style Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    2 small jars artichoke hearts
    several cloves fresh minced garlic
    1 large red onion
    1 (16 oz.) can large ripe pitted olives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and drain lettuce.
    Tear into bite-sized pieces.
    Mix in entire contents of the 2 jars of artichoke hearts.
    After lettuce is well-coated, add fresh minced garlic, olives and onion slices. Add salt and pepper to taste.
