Jogging-In-A-Jug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 oz. cider vinegar
    1 (12 oz.) can 100% grape juice concentrate
    1 (12 oz.) can 100% apple juice concentrate
    3 (12 oz.) cans water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir to blend.
    Chill.
    Drink 6 ounces of mixture per day to lower cholesterol by as much and 20 points after 3 weeks!
    Also gives many people added energy and pep!
