Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. meaty spareribs
2 big onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Select ribs and cut into serving pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in a roaster and cover with onions.
Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally and turn ribs once or twice.
Remove cover from roaster during the last 15 minutes to brown the ribs.
