Real Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter, flour and 2 beaten egg yolks.
    Add lemon juice and rind.
    Add the Pet milk with 1/2 cup water slowly.
    Fold in 2 beaten egg whites.
    Turn into 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
