Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
20 graham crackers, crushed
Preparation

Combine cheese and sugar; mix well. Add egg yolks and blend thoroughly. Whip cream and add vanilla and salt. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold whip cream into cheese and egg mixture, then fold in egg whites. Spread 1/2 crackers on bottom of pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches. Pour in cheese mixture and put rest of crackers on top. Freeze. Serves 8.
