Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans fingerling carrots or fresh boiled in salted water, drained and cooled
    1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
    1 good size onion, sliced
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil carrots in salted water.
    Drain and cool.
    Cook vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup and oil.
    After cooking, add carrots, pepper and onion.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Will last 3 weeks.
