Ham Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Rub pieces of meat well with salt and lay on board or table, skin side down.
    Cover each piece with additional salt.
    Leave meat in salt for 6 weeks.
