Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 pods jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
