Peanut Butter Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 lb. white chocolate coating

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and butter. Mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
Chill 30 minutes.
