Lime Party Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. (about 16) marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 pkg. lime jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (2 lb.) can undrained, crushed pineapple
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
a few drops green food coloring
Preparation

Melt in top of a double boiler the marshmallows and milk. Pour hot mixture over the jello. Stir until dissolved.
Beat in the cream cheese. Beat until cheese dissolves. Add the pineapple. Cool. Blend
in the heavy cream, already whipped, mayonnaise and food coloring. Chill until firm.
Will serve 12.
This is really good.
Pretty when served at Christmas or St. Patrick's Day.
