Crock-Pot Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak (do not tenderize)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 green pepper
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen French-style beans
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    3 tsp. molasses (syrup)
Preparation
    Cut
    steak in serving pieces.
    Flour steak and brown in skillet in a small amount of oil.
    Put in crock-pot;
    sprinkle a little
    flour over steak to thicken.
    Pour tomatoes, string beans, soy
    sauce
    and
    molasses
    over
    steak.
    Cut pepper in strips and add
    to
    mixture;
    stir
    well.
    Cook 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice!
