Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
4 c. finely chopped apples
maraschino cherries, chopped
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 scant tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Bake about 1 hour or more in 300\u00b0 oven.
Don't need frosting.
