Brigid'S Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1/2 pt. cream
    4 oz. butter
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in blender.
    Blend well.
    Add chicken livers.
    Blend 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend 2 minutes more.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Cover with greased foil. Place in pan of water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Remove foil. Cool 4 hours.
    Serve.
