Oatmeal Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 eggs or 3 egg whites
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. raisins or chopped dates

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 12 minutes, until cookies test done with toothpick.
Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute, then remove to rack to finish cooling.
