Bacon Tidbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    3 eggs, beaten until frothy
    1 lb. bacon, cut in thirds
    finely crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix eggs with vinegar. Mix cracker crumbs with mustard and red pepper.
    Take each 1/3 bacon slice and dip in egg. Then coat with crumbs.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Can be cooked beforehand and reheated or frozen, thawed and reheated.
