Pecan Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat egg white for 5 minutes, then add vanilla, brown sugar and chopped pecans.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
