Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. butter or margarine, divided
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Pierce and bake potatoes.
Allow potatoes to cool to the touch.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell.
Place pulp in a large bowl.
